No Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital products, o11scripts.com does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered.

Why No Refunds?

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed. Upon purchase completion:

You receive immediate access to download and use the product
The digital item cannot be retrieved or deleted from your possession
The product has been delivered in its entirety
The only exception to this rule is if a vendor authorizes a refund only. We are not responsible for denial of this request.
If a vendor is found to be selling non working scripts or selling items which was authored by another seller, we will investigate and terminate his/her account immediately.

Cryptocurrency Payments

All payments are processed via cryptocurrency transactions. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions:

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed or charged back
Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is permanent
We have no ability to reverse completed cryptocurrency transactions

Pre-Purchase Considerations

Before purchasing, please:

Carefully review product descriptions and specifications
Ensure compatibility with your system and requirements
Check all technical requirements and dependencies
Read user reviews and documentation if available
Contact support with any questions before purchasing

Product Issues

If you experience technical issues with a digital product:

Contact our support team immediately
Provide detailed information about the issue
We will work to resolve legitimate technical problems
Product updates or fixes may be provided when applicable

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate purchases made in error (must be reported within 24 hours)
Product was not delivered due to technical failure on our end
Product is fundamentally broken and cannot be fixed

Exception requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase with supporting documentation.

Chargebacks

Due to cryptocurrency payment methods, traditional chargebacks are not possible. Any attempt to fraudulently dispute a transaction may result in:

Permanent account suspension
Legal action to recover funds
Blacklisting from future purchases
